The Protector.
It starts with a feeling, a sense that perhaps the energy is a little .. ‘off’ somehow.
Things just feel a little funky, out of synch… like you’re walking through treacle. Everything feels much more difficult than it should…
That’s when I reach for my charms. I close my eyes and take three deep breaths to shift the energy and then, with intention, I place each charm around my neck, in my pocket … whatever works for my day.
They spend the day with me, just reminding me gently that they’re there and all is well.
Because it is….
